In one of the most evocative towns of Salento, in the middle of a thriving 9-hectare olive grove in Alessano, a luxurious building of about 650sqm will rise.
The property will be harmoniously dislocated among the olive trees and will exhibit a perfect fusion of architectural styles between rural tradition, which will be determined by the various front arches, the star vaults, and the modern rear with linear shapes. The central entrance leads into a large atrium which in turn leads to a comfortable open space communicating with the living area, the dining room, an equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. A relaxation area with a sauna and a servants’ room spread over the east side. The west wing houses the sleeping area with a study from which you can access the master bedrooms. From the outside there is access to another independent bedroom with a bathroom; an annex with a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
The outdoor recreation area will be decorated with a fountain and various terraces to enjoy the coolness and rustle of the olive trees.
The project was carried out in collaboration with architect Carlo Fumarola.
